  This "fixes" compilation issues for the Carbon._OSA module on OSX Leopard
  by purging bindings to OSA's debug API's. Those APIs we're completely
  unsupported on OSX 10.4 and are no longer available on OSX 10.5.

  Note that this patches a generated file. This is somewhat acceptable because
  regenerating the file is non-trivial and wouldn't use system headers anyway.

I replaced sys.maxint with sys.maxsize in Lib/*.py. Does anybody see a problem with the change on Win 64bit platforms? Win 64's long is just 32bit but the sys.maxsize is now 2**63-1 on every 64bit platform.
Also added docs for sys.maxsize.

I've modified the semantic of PyTraceBack_Print and sys.tracebacklimit slightly. Overfloats or values &lt;= 0 are replaced with a default value to avoid infinite recursion and other issues.
