Help: Document CMAKE_OSX_* variables
Add documentation entries for variables CMAKE_OSX_ARCHITECTURES CMAKE_OSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET CMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT Explain what each does and when/how they should be set.
