FindBoost: Search in official Windows prebuilt binary library directory
Avoid the need to specify `BOOST_LIBRARYDIR` along with `BOOST_ROOT`
when using prebuilt binaries such as these:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/boost/files/boost-binaries/
