Fix trivial typos in text
Some are user facing. Found using codespell -q 3 --skip="./Utilities" -I .cmake-whitelist.txt` whereby the whitelist contained: ans dum helpfull emmited emmitted buil iff isnt nto ot pathes substract te todays upto whitespaces
