Exclude targets from the graphviz file based on a regex

This commit adds support for a GRAPHVIZ_TARGET_IGNORE_REGEX variable
which can be set() in CMakeGraphVizOptions.cmake.
Targets matching this regex will be skipped when generating the graphviz
graphs.
