Tests: Fix spurious CTestTestParallel failures
If `CTestTestParallel` was run at the same time as `CTestTestChecksum`
(e.g. during parallel testing) then the former fails due to the latter
stepping on its directory. Fix the directory used for the latter to
avoid the conflict.
