FindGDAL: Move to list of deprecated modules
The module was deprecated by commit 7e2aee4458 (FindGDAL: Document as
deprecated in favor of upstream CMake package, 2024-11-26,
v4.0.0-rc1~409^2). Move the module to the list of deprecated modules.
