liblzma: Avoid defining a 'restrict' macro
Any "#define restrict ..." line may conflict with MSVC header files
that use "__declspec(restrict)". Define our own LZMA_RESTRICT macro
in "Utilities/cmliblzma/config.h.in" and transform liblzma code to
use it:
