FindCURL-cmake-package

* The :module:`FindCURL` module learned to find CURL using
  the ``CURLConfig.cmake`` package configuration file generated by
  CURL's cmake buildsystem.  It also gained a new ``CURL_NO_CURL_CMAKE``
  option to disable this behavior.
