* CMake gained new capabilities to manage link directories:

  * :prop_tgt:`LINK_DIRECTORIES` and :prop_tgt:`INTERFACE_LINK_DIRECTORIES`
    target properties.
  * :command:`target_link_directories` command to add link directories to
    targets.
