add_tasking_compiler

 * Support for the `Tasking compiler toolsets`_ (SmartCode, TriCore,
   Standalone: ARM, MCS, 8051) was added with compiler id ``Tasking``.
   See the :variable:`CMAKE_TASKING_TOOLSET` variable.
