* The :command:`project` command learned an optional ``HOMEPAGE_URL``
  parameter which has the effect of setting variables like
  :variable:`PROJECT_HOMEPAGE_URL`, :variable:`<PROJECT-NAME>_HOMEPAGE_URL`
  and :variable:`CMAKE_PROJECT_HOMEPAGE_URL`.
