try_run_split_output

* The :command:`try_run` command gained ``RUN_OUTPUT_STDOUT_VARIABLE``
  and ``RUN_OUTPUT_STDERR_VARIABLE`` options to capture stdout and stderr
  separately from the output of the compiled program.
