CMAKE_XCODE_SCHEME_THREAD_SANITIZER_STOP

Whether to enable ``Thread Sanitizer - Pause on issues``
in the Diagnostics section of the generated Xcode scheme.

This variable initializes the
:prop_tgt:`XCODE_SCHEME_THREAD_SANITIZER_STOP`
property on all targets.
