* The CPack WIX generator now supports
  :variable:`CPACK_WIX_ROOT_FEATURE_TITLE` and
  :variable:`CPACK_WIX_ROOT_FEATURE_DESCRIPTION` to allow the specification
  of a custom title and description for the root feature element.
