fix small leftovers from the Win9x removal in the code

LoadLibraryW -> LoadLibrary
RegOpenKeyExW -> RegOpenKeyEx
qdesktopservices_win.cpp: buffer size fixed in launchWebBrowser()
Windows NT 4.0 version condition removed
