add indirect input/output specification capability to QMAKE_SUBSTITUTES
like in SUBDIRS, the specified strings can now be basenames of
"structures" which specify the actual input and output files:
QMAKE_SUBSTITUTES += test
test.input = infile.txt.in
test.output = foobar.out
