Fixed linking against libQtTest on Mac.
Fixes: `ld: framework not found QtTest'
testlib was forcing CONFIG+=debug, which caused only the QtTest_debug
variant of the framework to be produced on Mac. Qt libraries shouldn't
force release or debug at this level.
