Fix the mentioning of the LGPL licensing of QtScript and QtWebKit

As discussed with the legal team:

* Removed the confusing sentence about the LGPL version.
* Replaced the use of "Lesser" with "Library"
* Use the same notice for QtWebKit and QtScript
