Particles cleaned up and placed in in qmlgraphics/
API changes:
Removed bool streamIn
Added int emissionRate
Added int emissionVariance
Added void burst(count, emissionRate=-1)
While rewriting the internals to accomodate this, all other outstanding
particles bugs were believed fixed.
