Re-apply change e20c832098d98076a0f988ce01b53586e370d272 by Simon Hausmann
Fix Freemantle build of JSC/WebKit.
Remove __clear_cache which is an internal function of GCC

Although __clear_cache is exported from GCC, this is an internal
function. GCC makes no promises about it.
