Add the typedefs to QSharedPointer and QWeakPointer to make template

usage simpler.

For example, this allows writing code like:

template <class Pointer>
typename Pointer::pointer getPointer(constPointer &p)
{ return p.data(); }

and that code will work for both QSharedPointer and QWeakPointer.
