QGLTextureGlyphCache: Fix text rendering artifacts on NVIDIA
Check GL_VENDOR to test whether using NVIDIA graphics. On Linux,
GL_VERSION and GL_VENDOR contains "NVIDIA". On Windows, only
GL_VENDOR contains "NVIDIA".
