Merge branch '4.6' of scm.dev.nokia.troll.no:qt/oslo-staging-2 into 4.6-integration
* '4.6' of scm.dev.nokia.troll.no:qt/oslo-staging-2: QUrl::toEncoded() fix for the case of "password, but no username".
