Remove DefaultSharedContext from Lighthouse API.
QPlatformWindowFormat::setUseDefaultSharedContext was meant as a
convenience, but it adds complexity in the platform plugin
implementation, and can be implemented by the above layers using
QPlatformWindowFormat::setSharedContext.
