Make ASM work on systems without SSM support
QHostAddress::Null and QHostAddress::Any are not the same, and we use
QHostAddress::Any to signify that we want any-source behavior in
QUdpSocket::joinMulticastGroup(). Any means we should skip the single-
support SSM, like Mac OS X).
