Moved Qt::RenderHint back into QGraphicsBlurEffect and added a hint.
Added AnimationHint, which didn't make too much sense in a generic enum,
so Qt::RenderHint was moved back into QGraphicsBlurEffect as
QGraphicsBlurEffect::BlurHint.
