Compilation on symbian
Enable QT_USE_FAST_CONCATENATION by default for compiling Qt
Compile with QT_USE_FAST_OPERATOR_PLUS
QStringBuilder: Do not resize if not required.
QStringBuilder: reduce the size of the generated code
