Took armcc_warnings.prf in use also for uitools build.
armcc_warnings.prf suppresses warnings for some common patterns used
in Qt. Since armcc_warnings.prf is already used when compiling the
libraries from src folder, it is should be ok to use it also for
libraries under tools folder.
