1. Check if there is active connection to use.
2. Look in QSettings for previously used IAP names.
3. Offer native Symbian dialog to select IAP.
Note: Best results are achived if IAP have been already
created using proper means on their devices. Then correct
IAP name string will be returned from selection dialog.

The access point will not be saved, it didn't exist previously.
Good news is that access point will be saved on 3.2 and newer,
even without prefs.

If the profile has release mode set, QT_NO_DEBUG was defined twice
(once on command line and once in qglobal.h). So now we check for
that. This is better than to ignore debug and release completely,
because there may be other flags that also change when they change.

Some QDBusAbstractInterface can have empty paths or service names, for
wildcard purposes. If someone tries to make a call using those
interfaces, the application crashes.
So check for the invalid conditions and don't make the call. If we
return 0 here, the message-sending code will generate an error in

https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=23148
- Use the window object the Location and History objects are directly associated with
instead of the lexical global object to pick the object prototype to serve as the
base of the their respective prototype chains.
- Re-factor as necessary to allow passing the correct global object to the createPrototype
functions.

<rdar://problem/6015407> attr parsing should allow only identifiers
Test: fast/css/attr-parsing.html

(WebCore::CSSParser::parseContent): Allow only CSS_IDENT, and filter out
identifiers that start with "-".
* css/CSSPrimitiveValue.cpp:
(WebCore::CSSPrimitiveValue::cssText): Added a case for CSS_ATTR so the test
case works. This has the pleasant side effect of fixing a bug too.
