I added an x11{ } clause in the pro file for the plugin. But as it
turnes out the x11 clause is defined in gui.pro so it is not available
for use in any other pro or pri files.
Also fixed a missing !qpa in qttest_p4.prf

All the autotests that are using a x11{} scope to add QMAKE_LIBS_X11 to LIBS
are actually not adding anything at all, but just happen to build correctly
because the standard GNU ld resolves symbols in shared libraries
recursively (and libQtGui depends on all those X libs already).
Building those tests with GNU gold will lead to undefined X* symbols, since
gold doesn't use implicitly dependant libs to resolve symbols.

testcase.prf is installed, thus allowing `make check' to work
outside of the Qt source tree.

The autotests were previously run with ALL-Tcb capability which gives
them more access to the filesystem etc. than a typical Qt application.
To have more realistic testing environmnent, tests are run with no
capabilities other than those required for the Qt APIs they use.
i.e. NetworkServices for network tests, None for others.

The `check' rule ought to depend on the project being built, so one
can simply do `make check' instead of `make && make check'.
Note that there was already an attempt to do this for the autotests,
but it did not work on non-Windows platforms, because
$(DESTDIR_TARGET) is only used in the Windows makefile generators.

Removed symbian specific functionality from project.cpp:
- generate_test_uid qmake function removed
- Uids are now generated automatically for projects that don't have
one.
- Usage of ICON (in application_icon.prf) now requires explicit
UID3 definition.
- Autotests that require UID3 in .pro now define it explicitly
- Move most symbian specific function implementations away from
project.cpp to files under generators/symbian
