Flickable's previous overshoot behavior was to continue past the
boundary without any additional friction (deceleration). It now
decelerates faster when overshooting.
On touch screens in particular, the last points when a touch point
is released are unreliable, resulting in sporadic flick velocities.
It also now allows the number of samples used for velocity calclations
to be tuned.
It is now easy to tune the Flickable behavior for different platforms.

The g++ and llvm mkspecs now share the common parts in common/gcc-base.conf
Each top level mkspec includes a platform-specific version of this base,
either common/gcc-base-unix.conf or common/gcc-base-mac.conf, and these
platform specific bases will include the cross-platform one.
The same pattern is then used for the g++ specific configurations, which
are split up into common/g++.conf, common/g++-unix.conf and common/g++-mac.conf
The qplatformdefs.h for mac was also shared where possible.
The test in tests/manual/mkspecs was used to ensure that the final output
of all the mkspecs was the same after the refactoring as before.

Bearer Management is of little use on desktop platforms. Change
QNetworkAccessManager to only create a QNetworkSession for the default
configuration on platorms where it is useful (Symbian & Maemo). On other
platforms Bearer Management is still available, but needs to be
explicitly enabled by the application developer by calling
QNetworkAccessManager::setConfiguration().
Use of Bearer Management by default from QNetworkAccessManager is
controlled by the QT_QNAM_BEARERMANAGEMENT_ENABLED define.

the unix makefile generator can make files for "regular" unixes and
macos (the difference being the framework handling). so far, the output
choice was hard-wired to the host platform. the previous commit made
that soft-configurable, and this one exploits this capability to enable
limited cross-building.

In maemo mkspec added the definition QT_DEFAULT_TEXTURE_GLYPH_CACHE_WIDTH=1024.
When sgx fix will be delivered remove from maemo mkspec that definition.

The -O2 mode enables omit-frame-pointer & optimize-sibling-calls, which
can break stack traces. So, even in release mode, disable these
optimisations so that we can at least still get a backtrace when a Qt
application dies.
