The bug was in easeOutBounce_helper(), where the last else-block
adjusted t wrong. It should adjust t so that the peak is at t == 0,
but it adjusted it too little.
The old code did t -= (2.25f/2.75f), but it should have been 21/22.
The rest of the changes in that function is just simple mathematical
rewrites (use a more readable fraction), and removed the b argument,
since that was always 0.
Finally, fixing the original bug also revealed a bug in the first
line of easeOutBounce_helper(), where we always returned
1.0 for t == 1.0. That was wrong since it did not respect c.

Do not queue the calls to 'DumpRenderTree::dump()' as this can result
in more than one call as a test that calls 'notifyDone()' can then be
subsequently fully loaded and initiate a second dump. Also make sure
to stop any existing page load that is happening before running the next
test. Combined this serves to produce 217 more passing tests for the
Qt port or roughly 5% at this point.

We need to protect some overridden type and that is done in
qmacdefines_mac.h, so just include that. To top this off, a
function has changed that was introduced in 10.5. In order to
use it properly, we would need to do lots of version checking
and shuffling between types and it seems like more trouble that
it's worth at the moment. We may have to do that in the future,
but we'll deal with that then.
