Webkit uses the runtime patching trick explained by "Feng Yuan" for
hooking these paint functions. It currently supports only 32bit assembly
code. This patch adds support for 64Bit version. Since inline-assemblies
are not supported for 64Bit, we have use a seperate .asm file.

When using streaming, it could happen that the last reference to the
MediaSource is in another thread. So the objects are destroyed from
another thread. In which case we would delete QObject (ioDevice) in
another thread. That is fixed by calling deleteLater which will ensure
that they are deleted in their own thread.
Note: there was a nother assert that could happen due to a race
condition in the worker thread. That is also fixed with this patch.

hard to find build errors. The include() will now,by default, warn if

This new implementation of QScriptValueIterator passes all the tests.
QScriptValueIterator uses an linked list instead of
JSC::PropertyNameArray so the list can be modified by ::remove() and
to be able to add internal properties for the strings and arrays.
Structure::getPropertyNames() has been modified to not show the
property from the prototype.

A special note regarding the Q_FOREACH patch for dcc:
when calling foreach(a,c) with c being a function returning a container,
the compiler would generate 5 references to some labels (.LXXXX), which
are not there (so the linker complains in the end).
Seems like dcc doesn't really like the 'true ? 0 : <function call to get type>'
statement

Fix tooltip does not get its directionality from its element's directionality.

Per mitz's suggestion in comment #6, while getting the plain-text
title, we also get the directionality of the title. How to handle
the directionality is up to clients. Clients could ignore it,
or use attribute or unicode control characters to display the title
as what they want.

The default constructed values for QSize and WebCore::IntSize are different. The former
produces an invalid size whereas the latter produces a size of zero. This was causing
a layout to be triggered when constructing a view and an assert to be hit. This patch fixes
the crash by taking care not to cause an unnecessary layout triggered by ScrollView::setFixedLayoutSize.
