Simple search and replace. This commit doesn't touch 3rd-party files,

Debugger tools (such as valgrind) hooks into QMutex::lock and
QMutex::unlock. So we should continue to call this function if
we want to keep those tools working

QMutex locking could be used in performence critical code (such
as QObject and co.) where the cost of a function call is
not neglectible. This would slow down the common case where
there is only one thread and no contention.
Since we need to keep the old symbol for binary compatibilty, introduce
new *Inline function.

It's probably also an MSVC extension, because the MSVC compiler has never
complained about this fact, nor generated unintended code.
Anyway, the only way is to reinterpret_cast the quintptr. It's not an aliasing
violation to do it because we never access the integer as anything other than
quintptr.
