The date/time format in QLocale originate from unicode CLDR which has more
format patterns that Qt understands, so when generating date for QLocale we
remove unsupported patterns and convert some other to something that Qt
understands.

The quitNow flag needs to be reset at the beginning of exec() to allow
exec() to recurse and be run multiple times.
This changes reverts commit 816523117bc00cfeb17e347f7fe5f11278a5e871 an
introduces the QThreadPrivate::exited flag to fix the race between
start() and exit(), and QThreadPrivate::returnCode to make sure exec()
returns the code passed to exit().

the bug in a different way. If the QThreadData::quitNow flag is set when
entering QThread::exec(), allow QEventLoop::exec() to bail out and reset
quitNow after QEventLoop::exec() has returned (not before).

QThread::exit() tries to stop all running event loops, but does nothing
if the eventloop has not started yet. This is often the case for short-
exit method on an object that has affinity to the thread. This ensures
that the exit is called from the running eventloop, meaning the exit()
will never be lost.

QThread will register a cleanup function with pthreads to be run when
ever a thread exits. However, if QtCore is unloaded, this function would
stay registered and the application would crash when a thread exits
(since the function pointer registered with pthreads is no longer
valid).
Add a destructor function to qthread_unix.cpp which destroys the
pthread_key_t and unregisters the cleanup function.

On Unix systems (that are not Mac), the Qt buildsystem splits the code
from the debug symbols using objcopy. The resulting .debug file
contains a valid ELF header, with a copy of the main library's section
headers. But the contents of those sections are missing.
When we try to dlopen(3) those libraries, libdl crashes.
So we shouldn't try to open those files.
