Converting from RGB encoded on 24bits to RGB encoded on 32 bits is
quite inefficient.
This type of conversion is common for some image format.
The patch implement the conversion with SSSE3. This reduce by 3 the
number of instructions, pushing the bottleneck to memory bandwidth.
On Atom N450, the new benchmark is 40% faster for scanlines of
2000 pixels, 30% faster for scanlines of 32 pixels, and 15% slower
for small images (3 and 8px).

One pri for each handler, e.g. src/gui/image/qjpeghandler.pri.
One pri for each 3rd party package, e.g src/3rdparty/libjpeg.pri.
One shared pri for zlib dependency of 3rd party packages.
This was really about image handler plugins, but PNG got the
same treatment for consistency's sake.
Also, moved image handler source files from plugins to src/gui/image
so they are with the other image handlers.

This enables us to convert from and to new Symbian type of
graphics resource, namely SgImage. This only supported with
the OpenVG graphics system.
On other graphics systems this will return null QPixmap.

This is done to reduce heap consumption and to give
a possibility to share bitmaps across process. QPixmap
maps to Symbian CFbsBitmap which is stored in Symbian
font and bitmap server.

On the Mac, it means "-framework ApplicationServices -framework Carbon
-framework AppKit" are no longer part of the default LIBS in Qt
applications. This required a lot of fixes where we used Mac-specific
code in Qt.
On X11, it was very straightforward, because we apparently use very
little of X11 outside QtGui.
I haven't changed the Windows-specific LIBS paths, because I don't
know how Windows behaves. Windows has DLLs, but it links to static
"import" libraries. So is it static linking or dynamic linking?

Added some static functions to QIcon to support desktop
themes based on the freedesktop spec. It is not intended to
replace KIcon and the intention is to use it when available to
share icon cache between applications.
Applications currently using icon themes are Assistant, Designer
and the textedit demo.

The new class alows more than one hook to be installed at a time and,
for QPixmaps, the hook is told which pixmap is getting deleted.

This commit add a new API to add/find/remove pixmaps into QPixmapCache.
This new extension is based on a key that the cache give you during
the insertion. This key is internally a int which makes all operations
in the cache much more faster that the string approach.
Auto-tests has been extended as well and a benchmark has been added to
compare both approach. I also depecrate the find method for the
string API to have a method pointer based and not reference based like
the Qt policy says.
