The name numCols is ambiguous, as sometimes it's refering to the number
of columns, and sometimes the number of colors. It also does not match
the typical Qt naming convention *Count().

There was a bug in QPixmapCache when QCache trims the content, some keys
were not invalidated. The ifdef for WinCE (that i removed) was a wrong
fix, it let the auto-test pass but it doesn't fix the bug. The approach
here is to add a QPixmapCacheEntry that release the key it owns when
QCache deletes it : we are now sure that nothing happen in our back.

We need a way to support converion to and from multiple native pixmap
types from multiple pixmap backends. Instead of adding more virtual
functions to QPixmapData, make the existing one more generic but pass
an opaque pointer and a type and do some internal casting.
Currently this function is Symbian only, but could easily be extended
to work on other platforms.

This enables us to convert from and to new Symbian type of
graphics resource, namely SgImage. This only supported with
the OpenVG graphics system.
On other graphics systems this will return null QPixmap.

This is done to reduce heap consumption and to give
a possibility to share bitmaps across process. QPixmap
maps to Symbian CFbsBitmap which is stored in Symbian
font and bitmap server.

This change moves the w, h, d variables to QPixmapData and introduces
is_null to keep track of nullness. This is possible only because
QPixmapData is internal API; otherwise we'd have to be smarter.
The optimization makes the QPixmap::width() function take 7 instructions,
down from 34 before. For the calculator demo in the declarative ui branch
this reduces a block of 750000 instructions (out of 30000000) to around
100000-150000 instructions.
Tested on Windows, Linux, Mac. Raster, X11 and OpenGL paint engines. Have
not tested the DirectFB engine.

Introduce functions for converting to and from a CFbsBitmap on Symbian.
Currently these functions unfortunately have to copy the data to the
internal QImage stored in the raster pixmap data backend :( Hopefully
we can improve this with a native Symbian pixmap backend in the future.
The autotest generates both small and large CFbsBitmaps of different
formats and then verifies that the color makes it into the QPixmap.
Currently the indexed image formats don't seem to work, but this is
most likely because we don't set a palette for them. The semi-trans
bitmaps seem to work fine (verified visually), but the current QCOMPARE
doesn't consider the fact that the color was alpha blended.
