Create a QPA specific subclass of the blackberry event dispatcher
(basically the BPS equivalent to QPAEventDispatcherGlib or QEventDispatcherQPA.
Create an event dispatcher event filter that will receive all BPS events
and then either handle them itself or delegate to event subtype
specific handlers.

This adds a getter to QPlatformGLContext for the "default shared
context". The setter is protected as it is the plugins responsibillity
to create it or not. QPlatformWindowFormat has also gotten a pointer to
a QPlatformGLContext for a non default shared context. Only implemented
shared contexts in testlite for now.

This commit adds QPlatformIntegration::moveToScreen(), which requests that
a widget be moved to another screen. The default implementation ignores the
request.
The VNC plugin has been updated accordingly. It currently only supports
non-virtual desktops.

QPlatformIntegration is the "main" integration class which needs to be
subclassed.
This is done so that we don't pollute GraphicsSystem with functionality
that really does not belong there.
In lighthouse applications needs now to be started with

Lighthouse is a lighter, nimbler version of Qt/Embedded, which does not
contain a window system. Instead, it uses graphics system plugins to
provide the necessary functionality or interface with existing window
systems.
The first version was written by Rhys.

Avkon dependencies can be configured out with the -no-s60 configure
flag, conversely Qt on Symbian will use Avkon if -s60 is configured.
These changes are intended to keep or introduce binary compatibility
between the s60 and no-s60 configurations. To do this, it has been
necessary to introduce stub equivalents of the CAknAppUi related
classes into the no-s60 configuration, and override all Avkon framework
virtual functions in the QS60Main... classes.
Other than that, these changes are mostly just correcting the use of
the Q_WS_S60 flag so that it only refers to Avkon dependencies.

Support for adding application wide filters were never
implemented for the cocoa port because of NSApplication

using introspection if needed. And the patch also makes

Implemented features:
Softkey Merging:
Widget can set only one softkey and set flag that rest of the softkeys
shall be taken from parent.
Priority Handling:
If multiple sokftkeys with same role are set, the highest priority
action gets displayed.
Custom Softkey Menu:
By setting QMenu to QAction and assigning a softkey role for that
action, the native menubar will be displayed when sofkey is clicked.
Softkey Image:
Initial code for implementing sofkey image support, the final
implementation is still pending legal acceptance to use
eiksoftkeyimage.h header file which is under EPL license.

This problem has been around before. At that time it had to do
with what part of the application received the kEAQuit apple event.
In Qt-4.7 we ensure that NSApplication gets run at least once
before we do any other event processing in Qt. That way the menu bar
gets fully initialized. The backside of the coin is that NSApplication
will not let the quit menu send a terminate action to the menu nibs file
owner (qmenuloader_mac.mm) when a modal window is showing on screen.
This is normally expected behaviour, but in Qt we allow the user to quit
when just a single window/dialog is showing on screen.
This fix remaps the quit items target from files owner to first responder.
That way we can catch the terminate at the window/responder beeing that,
and terminate as needed.

QCocoaWindow and QCocoaPanel has many methods that are implemented
_exactly_ the same way. Those methods are just copied/pasted between
the classes because of inheritance problems. This is error-prone as
bugs tends to be fixed inside one of the classes, but easily forgotten
in the other class. This patch refactors out this code into a new
file that is simply #included from the two classes.
We do this fix for a patch release to ease a couple of fixes that is about
to be integrated.

QGraphicsView.
The main problem here is that QWidget assume that they are in the screen
somewhere, which means inside the available geometry provided by
QDesktopWidget. But in QGraphicsView the button can be in a position
that is way bigger than the screen resolution. Lot of widgets make
this assumption when positionning subpopups or submenus. Instead of
applying the same code on tons of QWidgets, it's better to have an
helper function in desktop widget which catch this case. It's not
pretty (since it has nothing to do with QDesktopWidget) but we don't
have better solution.

This is an internal interface for plugins that can be provided by
the platform to give platform-specific features by platforms built on
top of Qt.
We can easlily integrate Qt on Windows, Mac, Gnome, ... without any
plugin because we can link to their respective library (dynamically
if we don't want to depend on it). On Gnome, we can dynamically
resolve Gtk+ symbols.
This is however not possible for KDE or other platform built on top
of Qt: we can't link against their library because they depend on us
and we can't dynamically resolve the symbols because they are
mangled (C++)
So this plugin provides hooks inside Qt to be able to do things
like native File or Color dialog, native icons, accurate reading of
the config file, and so on.
This is currently private API.

Re-factor and simplify the soft keys API.
Several things here:
- Move all the logic into QSoftKeyManager
- Move the files into 'kernel' since it is not a widget
- Remove QWidget::setSoftKey*(). Use addAction/removeAction instead
- Made soft keys update on focus, window activation, and action
changes.
- Fixed several memory leaks where QAction's were created too often
- QAction ownership pushed out to widget's
- Added Select/Cancel soft keys for comboboxes and menus to be more
consistent to platform look-and-feel.

On the Mac, it means "-framework ApplicationServices -framework Carbon
-framework AppKit" are no longer part of the default LIBS in Qt
applications. This required a lot of fixes where we used Mac-specific
code in Qt.
On X11, it was very straightforward, because we apparently use very
little of X11 outside QtGui.
I haven't changed the Windows-specific LIBS paths, because I don't
know how Windows behaves. Windows has DLLs, but it links to static
"import" libraries. So is it static linking or dynamic linking?
