It can happen that there is a window covering all the screen but it is shaped
to only take part of the screen. If that happens, besides the condition of
QRect(attr.x,attr.y,attr.width,attr.height).contains(pos)
we also need to query the server for its region rectangles and make
sure the cursor is inside one of those rectangles. If that does not happen
we have to return 0 so the hierarchical XQueryTree search continues

One can be extremely unlucky and on session logout get this:
* All apps are going down
* A Qt app checks if the clipboard manager is there to yield its clipboard contents
* The clipboard manager is still there
* Then just after that check, the clipboard manager finishes because of the session end
* This means the Qt app will loop for 5 seconds trying to yield its clipboard contents
to a clipboard manager that is not there anymore

QEventDispatcherQPA::processEvents() calls
QEventDispatcherUNIX::processEvents() twice in a row. Before the first call,
it processes gui, posted events, input events and so on. It then calls
QEventDispatcherUNIX::processEvents(), which will eventually drain the
thread_pipe. If events are added by a second thread to the event queue, right
after select() returns but before the thread_pipe is drained, once the program
enters the second call to QEventDispatcherUNIX::processEvent(), select() will
block, because the thread_pipe is empty, but the events will be stalled on the
queue until something else causes select to return, because they are not
handled between these two calls.

Code added to catch C++ exceptions and Symbian leaves
inside QSymbianControl::Draw. This is a cosmetic fix
to remove CONE 6 crashes currently in Symbian port.
We'll still study the root cause of those crashes.

Crash is a regression from the commit
7cd29ef169b94b0182b4207b37715f7427e4e4d6.
The commit 7cd29ef169b94b0182b4207b37715f7427e4e4d6 creates two
fep contexts, another one is created while first one being created.
When application exit, other fep context is deleted
after coeEnv destroyed. Fep context destructor uses method from
coeEnv and when second fep Context deleted application crashes.
To fix the crash, flaged fep context creation while being created.

The Qt drawing system is not designed to handle failures in beginPaint
and endPaint. But the Symbian port is creating EGL contexts and surfaces
on demand in these functions. These can fail, eg in the defect reported
the app gets a visibile=true event for such a short period that it
fails to create the surface before it is invisible again. These failures
have to be coped with.
Brush image drawing is failing if the app is asked to draw
while in the background, because the EGL surface cannot be created.
After this, if the app comes to the foreground at the wrong time, the
failed drawing is shown on the screen as a flat colored area.
A failedToAlloc variable in the openvg paint engine was locking in this
failed drawing, so that it would never redraw. This is fixed by removing
all use of that variable.
Failed surface creation during a draw in response to a visibility
change event was also leaving the window backing store with bad content.
This is now cleared on a surface creation failure so that drawing
is retried when the next visibility change event arrives.
The retry mechanism for creating a surface on failure also
makes the problem circumstances more likely to occur and can block the
app unnecessarily. Now, instead of blocking for 1 second every time on
failed surface creation, it only blocks on the first failure in a
sequence thereby allowing other parts of the app to run freely while
it is in the background.

QEvent::ApplicationActivate is sent incorrectly when application
goes to background if OpenGL graphics system is used. The problem
is that hidden global shared QGLWidget used by QtOpenGL for root
context is added to CONE stack. Qt destroys shared GL widget
when application goes to background and underlying CCoeControl
is removed from CONE stack which causes CONE to handle
stack changes. CONE tries to focus next control in stack which
causes incorrect focus events in Qt leading to
ApplicationActivate event. GL global share widget must not
be added to CONE stack because it's hidden utility widget
and don't belong to UI widget stack.

The clientRect calculation was adjusting the rectangle for the status
pane. But this is now taken into account in the rectangle from Avkon,
so we do not need to adjust when the status pane is there.
However Avkon is supplying an inconsistent clientRect depending on
whether we have all Avkon panes disabled (status pane and CBAs).
When enabled, Avkon takes the splitview keyboard off the clientRect
space, when disabled, Avkon ignores the splitview keyboard. Since we
want to ignore the splitview keyboard effect on the clientRect, we
only adjust when the Avkon panes are enabled.
This has been tested with splitview keyboard, orientation change and
debug output of the client rectangle returned in the following
situations:
- Normal app with status pane and CBA
- App with CBA but invisible status pane
- App with status pane and CBA disabled

If an application has more than one window and each window has widgets
that can receive focus, sometimes a situation happened when the last
focused window isn't actually the window that contains the current
focused widget, which led to displaying incorrect CBA. Changed
CBA displaying evaluation to be done whenever any control is focused
instead of just windows.
This can add a couple of extra S60->setRecursiveDecorationsVisibility()
calls to some applications, but since that is typically already called
multiple times anyway, it shouldn't be an issue.

We only updated the MWM_FUNC_RESIZE when the window was shown.
The consequence was that if the widget was initially shown in fixed
size it would clear the MWM_FUNC_RESIZE flag, and we would never
set it again if the widget became resizable later.
Some window managers still support this (apparently it seems that
compiz tried to adhere to this)

This API is to pass any AVKON FEP flag to QCoeFepInputContext.
Implemented as an exported private API, which is available only in Qt/Symbian.
If latin keyboard flag is passed to this API and editor is Email/Url,
virtual keyboard launches always with latin characters regardless of input language.

In qt_cleanup() the S60->setButtonGroupContainer(0) -
which sets the QS60Data::cba to zero - is called before
calling delete S60->buttonGroupContainer(). Because of
this the currently set QS60Data::cba gets never deleted.
A call S60->setButtonGroupContainer(0) which sets the
QS60Data::cba pointer to zero is now called after calling
the delete S60->buttonGroupContainer().

If copying text from a Qt application that has both plaintext and
formatted text representations, then S60 applications only see the
plaintext.
If copying data from an S60 application, the Qt application can see
the plaintext. However as this was merged with the existing clipboard
contents in Qt, the formatted text was unchanged.
Now, we clear the internal clipboard QMimeData before writing the
contents of the symbian clipboard to it. This ensures stale data
from a previous copy is not left behind.

The QtQuickPlayground app contains a version of samegame which allow
the user to edit the code. By setting the ball size to 8, the app can
run out of memory. This leaves it in a pretty bad state. But apps
on Symbian shouldn't crash due to OOM and should allow some operation.
This change fixes the immediate OOM crashes in declarative, gui and
corelib. It shows warning dialogs which explain what has gone wrong and
leaves the app in a state that can be exited cleanly
from the Symbian task list.

Symbian's wserv and cone are introducing APIs to send apps position
updates for multiple pointers in one message.
The change consists of a refactoring of processTouchEvent() to handle
multiple pointer changes, enabling receipt of the new messages, and

The call to topData() in ~QSymbianControl can create the required
object if it does not already exist. This can then throw an exception
if it fails, which is not allowed to escape the destructor. So it is
caught and ignored.

QtAppBooster can partially start apps and hide them in the background
before they are requested by the user. This gives an apparently faster
start for these apps.
Qt is now detecting these app starts and bringing the construction of
the status pane and softkeys forward so that they happen in the
background. This cuts their construction time off the time between the
user clicking on the app and it being ready to use. On a Nokia E7, this
gain was measured at an average of 127ms.
