QSoftkeyManager has a global static instance that was not being
deleted on app exit. This global static instance can own other objects,
the number of which grow with use up to a limit. This gives the
appearance of a memory leak when the app exits and you see increasing
heap cell counts.
The change is to use a QScopedPointer to clean up the static on app
exit.

Provide internal API to avoid automatic translation of input widget
There will be cases when client will want to disable splitview
automatic view translation, so that keyboard is just brought on top of
the application and no other actions happen. There will be no new
public Qt GUI API to cover the cases (the public API will come from
QML Components), but the implementation is done with new private API.

The volume and other multimedia keys in Symbian are not delivered
through the normal key events, but through a seperate API called
CRemConCoreApiTarget. The commit implements the feature that multimedia
key events are delivered via normal key events to Qt Application, if
the Qt::AA_CaptureMultimediaKeys is defined.

Some functions (such as QObject::moveToThread) did not keep
the event ordered by priority.

This had the following negative effect in qmlviewer:
- Every time the qmlviewer logged something to its QPlainTextEdit
(regardless of if it was visible or not) it would call
updateMicroFocus (because appending to QPlainTextEdit would move the
cursor). The result was that the AT client got overloaded with
accessibility state changes, and response time got really bad.

When a new window is shown and splitview is open, native side claims
that available screen area for the application is only the screen area
above keyboard. However, since opening a new window, will eventually
lead to keyboard getting closed, the new window will look strange
occupying only top part of the screen.
Fix it so that when a new window opens and splitview is open, window
will still get its extent set to fullscreen area (minus native panes,
if available).

SVG icons automatically resize to the size of the pixmap, so the
size of the icon pixmap needs to be what the platform expects. Added

The client area dimensions reported by native side only encompass
the screen not covered by virtual keyboard and ignore the status

Some complex widgets might get a negatively sized rectangle when
calling QWidgetPrivate:setGeometry_sys_helper(), triggering a infinite
recursion. Normalizing the rectangle size before checking for size
change is enough to break this infinite recursion.

Removal of StyleChange event sending to dialogs in to previous
optimization (QTBUG-17840) caused dialogs to no longer adjust their
position properly at orientation switch. Added sending of a dummy
resize event for dialogs in case of KEikDynamicLayoutVariantSwitch
to trigger the adjustment.
