- Replace Nokia contact email address with Qt Project website.
- Remove "All rights reserved" line from license headers.
As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

This is internal API.
It's possible to specify a horizontal and vertical scale, rotation,
opacity and source rectangle for each pixmap item.
Useful for particle effects.

Since we need QMargins for other things then
the CSS helper functions in drawutil, we have to make it more
generic. It is already useful for QWidget::contentsMargins
for example. This ensures we have some flexibility on how to
use and modify it in the future.

Implements a function to allow drawing CSS3-like border-images (also known as nine-grid images). Next step will be to convert the CSS-style code to use this function for drawing border-images.
