In declarative all text is cached in a transparent buffer. Using subpixel
antialiasing for this gives subpar results, and for better results,
we want to turn off the font smoothing in the OS for this case. Since
we cannot efficiently detect non-opaque destination pixels, we have to
have a way where a user can override the default. We'll introduce a
style strategy for this later, but for now we only want to enable the
use of CGContextSetShouldSmoothFonts() to explicitly turn smoothing off
in the declarative context. We still override if font smoothing has been
explicitly turned off by us for the context by the TextAntialiasing
flag.

When going through the special WebKit code path for text drawing and
forcing justification for text, we would set the justification in the
text engine, but never actually update the widths of the script items.
Since the width of the script item is used to position the text, the
text would be drawn with the correct justification, but the position
would be set based on the non-justified text width. The result was
overlapping text whenever the script of the text changed. The fix goes
through the justified glyphs and sets the width and position based on the
new effective advance.

The driver in the N900 doesn't support glCopyTexSubImage
or glReadPixels for FBO's that have a GL_ALPHA or POT
color attachment. The ifdef'ed code in resize() was
a previous attempt to make this work which didn't.
We could have changed the texture to be GL_RGBA and changed
the texture size to be NPOT, but that would have wasted
precious GPU memory and would have been slower, so we
waste a bit of system memory instead, by having a QImage
copy along with the texture.

On non-gl graphics systems smooth rendering of qDrawBorderPixmap()
with a transform applied resulted in ugly artifacts. Better to draw

Previously we were calling all manor of synchronisation calls to
make sure there were no issues. These have been sanitised to just
use eglWaitClient and eglWaitNative and only in places which need
it. There is still a bug where small updates will sometimes result
in small horizontal streaks. However, this has been confirmed to be
a cache flush bug in the X server 2D driver. The driver bug is
tracked in Meamo bugzilla as bug 164941. Hopefully it will be fixed
soon.

The simplified test failed because the ellipse was flattened into line
segment. The other tests were due to a behavioral change in contains()
and intersect() caused by using fill based intersection in change
f7d61dab69308f0993c8a5f2232226d1713ac4a7. This needs to be reverted,
since it will return false for a rect containing a line (with no fill
area). Instead a different fix was needed in linesIntersect() to prevent
testIntersections() in tst_QPathClipper from failing.

The bezier intersections caused a lot of numerical stability issues, so
instead we now convert them to line segments. In the future it might be
possible to keep track of which bezier curve a line segment originated
from and reconstruct the bezier curves at the end.

We special cased 1x1 source rects by calling fillRect() with a solid
color, but that produces slightly different rasterization leading to
gaps when drawing 9-patch images for example. This patch makes us only
use the optimized path for scaling transforms or simpler.

When stretching a subrect of a pixmap we need to clamp the sampling
to the subrect. This was done for the ARGB32_Premultiplied target
format but not for the generic fallback. This patch adapts the

Autotest: update to the new values for the locale
do not expand variables in read()'s file name
remove ability to use break() a block outside any loop
don't add -unix to the qmake command line
Increase the timeout for the QNAM getter test to 30 seconds
Remove unstable hosts from the list
qdoc: Output TOC for more class ref pages.
Other fixes to the remote network stresstester
Fix SSL connection problem.
Make sure we don't try URLs that aren't HTTP or HTTPS
Fix menu bar visibility.
Add SSL remote host tests
Split the remote and the local tests in two, in preparation for SSL tests
Add tests for remote hosts
Change the way we calculate the average transfer rates.
Finish renaming
Move these tests to tests/manual.
Add a QNetworkAccessManager stresstest
Add a non-blocking native function too
