Previously we were calling all manor of synchronisation calls to
make sure there were no issues. These have been sanitised to just
use eglWaitClient and eglWaitNative and only in places which need
it. There is still a bug where small updates will sometimes result
in small horizontal streaks. However, this has been confirmed to be
a cache flush bug in the X server 2D driver. The driver bug is
tracked in Meamo bugzilla as bug 164941. Hopefully it will be fixed
soon.

The simplified test failed because the ellipse was flattened into line
segment. The other tests were due to a behavioral change in contains()
and intersect() caused by using fill based intersection in change
f7d61dab69308f0993c8a5f2232226d1713ac4a7. This needs to be reverted,
since it will return false for a rect containing a line (with no fill
area). Instead a different fix was needed in linesIntersect() to prevent
testIntersections() in tst_QPathClipper from failing.

The bezier intersections caused a lot of numerical stability issues, so
instead we now convert them to line segments. In the future it might be
possible to keep track of which bezier curve a line segment originated
from and reconstruct the bezier curves at the end.

When stretching a subrect of a pixmap we need to clamp the sampling
to the subrect. This was done for the ARGB32_Premultiplied target
format but not for the generic fallback. This patch adapts the

Its a common mistake that a floating point error, like divide by zero,
is not detected and just propagated till it breaks in curious ways elsewhere.
Like QBezier hitting an infinite loop due to operating on NaN floating points.
Adding detection of this in a debug build of Qt is sure to help a lot of these
issues be detected much faster and so Qt helps people write code even faster.

Since the paint engine now transforms the prerendered glyphs instead of
rendering transformed glyphs as paths, we need to turn on texture
filtering to avoid antialiasing artifacts. In order to do this, we also
need to pad the glyphs in the glyph cache, otherwise you will get
artifacts when sampling the area around the glyph's bounding rect (where
there might be other glyphs.) This done by adding a glyphPadding()
function to the cache which returns the number of pixels to pad between
each glyph.

The height of the row is not only decided by the maximum height of the
set of glyphs currently being added to the glyph cache, but also the
height of the glyphs previously added to the current line in the glyph
cache. To minimize the space used, we now calculate the maximum height
for glyphs per line, and use this as the vertical advancement when
positioning the next line in the cache. The change also removes a
redundant test ((c_x + c.w > c.h) is caught earlier on and will
always be false at this point.)

When using the fallback in QStaticText we have to update its font
to the current painter's font, otherwise we will override the painter's
font with the one cached in the QStaticText object.

Use qt_draw_glyphs() to implement a QPaintBuffer::drawStaticText() which
will actually replay via drawStaticTextItem() on engines that support
it.

To avoid the unnecessary overhead of doing the text layout every time
a part of the QStaticText object is changed, we mark it as invalid
instead and do the layout when we have to. This means an overhead on
the first paint event for most users. The overhead can be avoided by
using the QStaticText::prepare() function and will probably not be
noticable anyway, since it's a one-time thing.

To avoid having to precalculate the height of the laid out text, we
now only supply a maximum text width to QStaticText. The only usage of
the maximum height would be to clip the results, and clipping should be
set separately from the QStaticText call, since this has no impact on
the layout of the glyphs. The tests have been updated to reflect the
change in logic.
We also need a consistent way of specifying the position of the text.
Before, the position meant "baseline position" for unbroken text and
"top left position" for text with a specified layout width. We want
to be consistent, and since baseline position makes no sense for
multiline text, we standardize on top left position.
