KDE and GNOME has the concept of a default tool button style that
can be set system-wide. Qt currently allways default to IconOnly.
I have added an optional Qt::ToolButtonSystemDefault value so you
can opt-in to respect the system setting. We did not change the
default because a lot of apps will look odd when for instance
text is beside icons and the descriptive text is too long.

This significantly improves the support for
higher DPI-values on these platforms by
ensuring that common pixelmetrics are
scaled accordingly. In addition we mark all
Qt apps as DPI-aware on Windows 7 by calling
SetProcessDPIAware. We also changed the
way we draw pixmaps on the mac paintengine
when using dpi scaling > 1 to ensure smooth
pixmap scaling.

This class adds convenient support for proxy styles in Qt.
Note that to support proper proxying, styles now
call their functions through proxy() so that the proxy regains control
over subcomponents. Note that there is a small price to be payed
by the extra function call which can at the cost of readability
be redirected to the private class member in the future.

If KDEDIRS was set to an empty string, this would unintentionally bring
/share into the icon search path.

In 4.5 the toolbutton icon rendering was changed somewhat and the
bottom line of text for tool buttons icons with TextUnderIcon set is
incorrectly clipped on Windows. The style reserves only 5 pixels but
tries to use 6 pixels for text and icon spacing, hence we adjust the
text rect one pixel up. This should be safe considering the fact that
we have a margin on both sides of the icon already and avoids actually
moving the icon positioning.

The patch has some issues with text eliding which are not really
possible to solve properly without providing the elidemode
to the styleoption. Under these circumstances it seems better
just to fix the problem in Oxygen itself which has already been
patched when compiled with 4.5.

This is only usefull when eliding text. We just make SE_TabBarTabText
match to what's computed by QTabBar::tabSizeHint

This makes it possible to make a custom icon for the selected tab.
We cannot use the Selected state because that has a blue tint on
many platforms which is not what you typically want int a tab. The
On state will only affect icons where these states are explicitly set.

Oxygen style was looking a bit broken when using 4.5 features such as
close buttons and icons. This was because it re-implements the
tabbartablabel primitive we needed to ensure spacing for the buttons.
We had to modify the way we draw tabs slightly to make it more backward
compatible so that oxygen get the same region as before and we ensure
space for it in the CE_TabBarTab case instead. Note that the drawback
to this approach is that the focus rect needs to be moved out of the
tablabel and into the CE_TabBarTab case so it covers the entire tab
which can potentially cause problems if people depend on the label to
draw the focus rect. However the new case is also more consistent with
how buttons draw their focus.
