- Replace Nokia contact email address with Qt Project website.
- Remove "All rights reserved" line from license headers.
As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

Qt defaulted to use a font with traditional chinese characters even if system
language was set as ELangPrcChinese. Fixed qfont_s60 to use a font with
simplified chinese characters in this case.

"Linked Fonts" are a new feature in Symbian^3, first used in SR11.1.
This patch prevents Qt from using linked fonts in any way.
Avkon based applications benefit from Linked Fonts because they can now
transparently render multi-script text, e.g. Latin/Chinese/Japanese (Qt
does that by its own and calls the feature 'font merging'). From Qt's
poing of view, Linked Fonts are a severe regression in Symbian's API.
1 Font table Api for linked fonts is extremely slow
2 'cmap' tables do not seem to reflect the "linkage", causing garbled
text or crashes.
3 Linked fonts appear with cryptic type face names, and are redundant
since they are just compounds of the other, real fonts.
This patch adds a detection of Linked Fonts using
CLinkedTypefaceSpecification and prevents their inclusion into
QFontDataBase. Furthermore, it detects if the Symbian System font is a
Linked font and if needed tries to fall back to a classical Symbian
system font, e.g. "Nokia Sans S60" or "Series 60 Sans". Fallback to
"Pure" will need to be added, later on.

It was previously always returning 'Series 60 Sans'. On Symbian^3
the default font can be 'Nokia Sans S60'. The patch makes sure the
available one is returned.

An implementation of QFont::lastResortFont() is still(!) missing
in Qt 4.7.0. I only became aware of QTBUG-6921, lately.
This patch...
1) implements QFont::lastResortFont() in qfont_s60.cpp by first
trying to get the lastResortFamily() and then falling back to a
hardcoded font.
2) updates the .def files with one additional entry
3) adds an autotest which verifies that lastResortFamily() does
return a non-empty string. In the firt place, that autotest makes
sure that lastResortFamily() is implemented and exported, so that
something like this issue will not go unnoticed in the next
Qt port.

The latest QtWebkit will use QFont::defaultFamily() with style
hints to ask for the appropriate default fonts on a system.
This patch makes sure thath "Nokia Sans S60" and "Series 60 Sans"
are prioritized for QFont::SansSerif, if they are present.

This is done to reduce heap consumption and to give
a possibility to share bitmaps across process. QPixmap
maps to Symbian CFbsBitmap which is stored in Symbian
font and bitmap server.
