When doing block undo operations, QTextDocument used the change
position of the last undo command for positioning the cursor.
This is incorrect if the last commands are of type
QTextUndoCommand::Removed but split because of the text
fragments. The bug is highly noticable in creator when
inserting snippets and doing undo afterwards.
The change adds an auto test.

QTextEdit::textChanged() will be emitted from a function called from
within QTextCursorPrivate. If the code connected to textChanged()
makes a local copy of the current text cursor and then causes it
to detach, we will crash when returning to QTextCursorPrivate and
trying to access the now-deleted data. To avoid this, we make a local
reference to the current text cursor that gives us a guarantee that
it will be valid throughout the delete-call.

The logClusters pointer is already adjusted for the item, so it should
be indexed relative to the item, hence from 0 to itemLength-1. Adding
pos to the index would give us a random value for all script items > 0.
Thus this would sometimes crash for text that spanned several scripts,
since we would sometimes get a value back which was outside the bounds
of the glyph array.

When using rich text, QStaticText should still respect the painter's
pen color as the default. Since QTextDocument does not respect the pen
set on the painter, we need to set its default style sheet to include
the pen color as well.

To avoid the unnecessary overhead of doing the text layout every time
a part of the QStaticText object is changed, we mark it as invalid
instead and do the layout when we have to. This means an overhead on
the first paint event for most users. The overhead can be avoided by
using the QStaticText::prepare() function and will probably not be
noticable anyway, since it's a one-time thing.

To avoid having to precalculate the height of the laid out text, we
now only supply a maximum text width to QStaticText. The only usage of
the maximum height would be to clip the results, and clipping should be
set separately from the QStaticText call, since this has no impact on
the layout of the glyphs. The tests have been updated to reflect the
change in logic.
We also need a consistent way of specifying the position of the text.
Before, the position meant "baseline position" for unbroken text and
"top left position" for text with a specified layout width. We want
to be consistent, and since baseline position makes no sense for
multiline text, we standardize on top left position.

QStaticText needs to support changing the pen on the painter to support
rich text, but it should not override the pen unless it has been
explicitly set in the rich text. We do this by marking the pen as dirty
in updateState() when we record the text items.

This reverts commit 725c2c29c192349016b1332824a7716bbb992f31 which reverted
the original commit because of a test failure on qws. This recommit adds
a test for whether the metrics from QFontEngine::boundingBox() are valid,
which is required for the bearings to be calculated. This test was also
in the original logic.

In 30bd59a1dec78 we added a fallback from font config
to XLFD in the case where font config could not supply
us with the correct pixel size for a given font.
Primarily, this was for when you would try to print
a bitmap font on a high resolution printer. This caused
a problem for applications that set a point size on
a bitmap font, since the calculated pixel size would
not be available. For UIs you will usually prefer to
select the font with the correct family but nearest
pixel size here, which is what font config does. We
would however choose the fallback and if XLFD failed
to load the font in question, you would get a
substitution. Since getting the correct font family
seems more important than getting the correct pixel
size, we disable the fallback in the case where XLFD
does not find the correct font. This will fix the bug
where UI fonts were frequently created with the wrong
family on e.g. Fedora, and it might cause some trouble
with printing bitmap fonts, however, it was deemed
that bitmap fonts are not ideal fonts to use for
printing. In cases where XLFD can load the bitmap
fonts, the fallback will still be used.

Drawing a string as plain text and rich text should have identical
results unless special formatting information is added in the html.
This means we should not have any implicit margin on the QTextDocument
used to paint the text, and we should make up for the fact that
the drawStaticText() call currently takes the position of the baseline
and QTextDocument::drawContents() takes the top-left corner.

This is not valid in C++0x:
char str[] = { 128, 0 };
Because 128 cannot be represented in a char. The same applies to
conversion from int to qreal: it's a narrowing conversion, with
possible data loss.
