Applications that do not render fonts will not cause a call to
initializeDb(). In that case, there will be no creation of
QSymbianFontDatabaseExtras.
This fix adds a NULL-pointer check before cleaning the
QSymbianFontDatabaseExtras instance.

The implementation for the QT_2746 task had a wrong destruction order
of font database elements. The 'QSymbianTypeFaceExtras' in Symbian^4
hold a CFont which is retrieved from the Symbian ScreenDevice. They
have to be released by the same ScreenDevice. The error was that
the release was attempted after the connection to the ScreenDevice
was closed.
This fix causes an earlier destruction of all 'QSymbianTypeFaceExtras'
and the removal of their their CFonts in qt_cleanup. While the
connection to the ScreenDevice is still alive.

Change e1915815bc5ef86b3844608bba46769da5173363 moved part of the
right bearing check out of the "non-whitespace-or-object" block of the
layout, which could potentially cause crashes for layouts that contained
items that were line separators or tabs etc. because we would access
the logical clusters array based on the position of e.g. the tab even
though it didn't have an entry. This could potentially give us an
arbitrary index which might cause an out of bounds when accessing the
glyphs array.

QtFontSize::pixelSize() was allocating 8 slots for QtFontSize
while most fonts only require one.
This patch add a special case for the first QtFontSize in order to
reduce memory consumption.
The size of QtFontSize in memory has also been reduced.
Overall, the memory consumtion of QtFontStyle instances go down
from 100kb to 10kb.

qfontengine_ft.cpp uses the function FT_GlyphSlot_Embolden but
ftsynth.c (where the function is implmented) isn't compiled in when
QT_CONFIG contains freetype.

In change 889e13652e00ba64060e7b62ed3377ea04d44faa we employed usage
of artificial emboldening of fonts with FreeType when a bold variant
of the font does not exist. This introduced a regression for monospaced
fonts, where the contract says that all glyphs must be the same width.
Since the artificial emboldening algorithm does not support this
contract, it has been turned off for monospaced fonts, reverting to
the old behavior for this particular class of fonts.

On symbian, creating fonts requires a connection to the window server.
Window server sessions are not sharable across threads.
To avoid QFont crashing when used outside the GUI thread, we construct a
private session to the window server when the shared CONE session is not
available.
(CCoeEnv::Static() uses TLS, so it returns null outside of GUI thread)
The private session and screen device are stored in QThreadStorage, so
they are automatically deleted when the QThread exits.

To allow more control over the layout process for a QStaticText,
introduce a QTextOption API. This will allow you to, e.g., set an
alignment for the text layout. Patch also contains a couple of bug fixes
to make right alignment work correctly when you set a text width on
the QStaticText.

QTextDocument had no way of storing the cursor position from which
a document change was initiated in the undo stack. That means that
any undo operation would reposition the text cursor to the text
position where the actual change happened. This works in many cases,
but not always.
In Qt Creator we have standard IDE shortcuts like e.g.
Ctrl+Return for InsertLineBelowCurrentLine, which insert a newline
at the end of the current line, not at the cursor position. Using
undo there resulted in a surprisingly wrong cursor position.
The problem becomes worse with more advanced refactoring and
productivity tools (like snippets).
The patch creates a synthetic CursorMoved undo item with the position
which was current at the time of calling QTextCursor::beginEditBlock(),
but only if necesary, i.e. only in those cases where the cursor would
be positioned wrongly.

QTextFormat::intProperty requires a small change to ensure
we return the right value for layoutDirection.
No need to change QTextFormat::property, as an invalid
QVariant will be returned if the layoutDirection is not
explicitly set.
