- Replace Nokia contact email address with Qt Project website.
- Remove "All rights reserved" line from license headers.
As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

We cannot use QTextCursor::MoveStyle enums in QTextLine because
QTextCursor is not a QObject, while referring to that enum in
Q_PROPERTY requires it to be. That's why we need to move the
enums in Qt namespace.

Bidi input can in some contexts be more intuitive if the cursor
works in visual way: pressing left arrow key always make cursor
move one character to the left regardless the language of text,
pressing right arrow key always make cursor move to the right.
It is also the behavior of Mac OS X. Based on the above reason
and requests from Symbian we implemented this support for visual
movement in BIDI text. 3 public properties are added to
QTextDocument, QTextLayout and QLineEdit respectively:
- QTextDocument::defaultCursorMoveStyle can be used to control
the cursor behavior in all widgets based on QTextDocument,
like QTextEdit, QPlainTextEdit, etc. When set to QTextCursor::
Visual, it will enable visual movement for all the cursors in
the corresponding text edit. Default is QTextCursor::Logical.
- QTextLayout::cursorMoveStyle is used for low-level cursor
manipulation. When set to Visual, it will enable visual movement
behavior for all the cursor related methods, including cursorToX,
xToCursor and drawCursor. Default is Logical.
- QLineEdit::cursorMoveStyle is used to control cursor movement
behavior in QLineEdit. Default is Logical.:

When QLineControl was split out of QLineEdit, a regression was
introduced. When the layout direction was altered by a key press,
the layout direction of the QLineControl would be set, but not the
QLineEdit. This would in turn mean that QLineEdit would use the wrong
layout direction for its visual alignment. Patch is a small hack to
read back the layout direction from the control after it has been
set.

This was another regression in QLineEdit introduced with the move to QLineControl
setCursorPosition clear the selection, and setSelection move the cursor position.
So the case where we want the position at the beginning of the selection need
to be handled separately (by doing the selection reverse)
This does not cover the case where the position is in the middle, or outside
the selection, but it is not possible to do.

Asynchronous deletion of a widget (e.g. calling deleteLater() after a timeout)
could be caught by the context menu's event loop if called with exec() instead
of popup(). This causes the context menu to be deleted twice in some cases,
and a crash generally follows.
Although this introduces a minor behaviour change, we now use popup() with the
WA_DeleteOnClose attribute to display the context menu in all the
contextMenuEvent() bodies, except in those where the menu was already
protected by a QPointer. In QDialog::contextMenuEvent(), we use QWeakPointer
to reflect the fact that the menu was previously allocated in the stack.
QAbstractSpinBox, QDialog and QMdiSubWindow keep using QMenu::exec() in
contextMenuEvent() as they need the QAction returned.
Some auto-tests included.

This is a behavior change from Qt 4.5. The motivation for the change
is the following use case: A user types into a line or text edit, and
gets interrupted by for example phone call or an SMS. This causes the
active application to lose focus, which again causes edit focus to be
lost. When resuming the application the focus gets set back, but the
edit focus does not (nor should it). However, when the user types the
next character, the line edit will erase *all* contents of the widget
because it did not have edit focus. This is extremely destructive for
a mobile phone user, especially since undo is not easily available.
Another reason for doing that fix is that it seems that this is the
mode of operation that most existing phones use.
The fix is enabled for Symbian only at the moment, but will be
followed by a patch for all platforms which will go into 4.7.

QTextEdit (via QTextLayout) and QPlainTextEdit in Qt used to ignore
any font leading but added one extra pixel in QFontMetrics. With many
freetype fonts, this resulted in a "spacy" text layout.
The necessary fixes on X11 and Windows were to take (positive) leading
into account, to make the font database convert point sizes to pixel
sizes without rounding to plain integer values, and to subtract the
extra pixel from QFontMetrics from the font engines' descent value.
The change also fixes several places in styles and widgets, where
QFontMetrics::lineSpacing() was wrongly used instead of
QFontMetrics::height().
Ideally we should also handle negative leading, which would require
additional and bigger code changes in QTextLayout and QPlainTextEdit.
In addition, all other editors we have tested seem to ignore leading on
X11. If we choose to believe the values provided by freetype, our text
layout would be one pixel smaller than everybody else's.
On the Mac, this change does nothing. There our layout is still too spacy,
and for smaller fonts quite ugly compared to native Mac applications.
