The state of native menus is currently updated in two incompatible ways
on Mac, either by updating the state of native menu items in a native
menu (when setEnabled is called) or the state of the native menu
item containing the native menu (when the menus are initialized and
when a modal dialog is opened/closed). This causes various problems,
e.g. inability to enable a menu that was disabled before menu
initialization or menus getting enabled incorrectly after a modal
dialog is closed. Fix by always setting the state of the native menu
item that contains the native menu.
Also, autoenable is active for the main menu, resulting in unnecessary
menu validation calls, so turn it off.

Mac OS X 10.7 comes with the family of Stix fonts, some
of which exposed an ugly layout bug in the QFontComboBox
because the ascent/descent ratio is very large due to
a very high ascent, so centering the text vertically might
cause most of the text to be clipped away.
The solution is to detect when the ascent is larger than the
height of the destination rectangle (hence a large part of the
characters will be clipped) and use the actual bounding rect
for centralizing instead. Since this only happens for a
very few of the fonts, the overhead of getting the bounding
rect should be tolerable.

The Qt 5 fix (aec5b76) doesn't apply here, because it introduces
a new symbol that might break forward compatibility if code
compiled against a newer Qt 4.8 is run against an older Qt 4.8,
and QScrollBar::wheelEvent() ends up being devirtualised.
So copy the guard clause from QWidget::event() here.

able to get the erased password back in any situation. Therefore
redo must be disabled completely and undo is limited only for erasing

- Remove "All rights reserved" line from license headers.
As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

I can't say for sure why q*linecontrol passes an empty rect to
the updateNeeded() signal when an input mask is set; presumably
the empty rect at some point has meant "full update", but there
are a few problems with this. Surely a full update is wrong,
even if the semantics have been lost in translation somewhere
(likely the qlinecontrol refactoring). This fix ensures
that empty rects from updateNeeded() are interpreted as a request
to update the whole widget. A further improvement would be to
ensure the line control doesn't request a full update when an
input mask is set. The cursor is usually wider when a mask is
set but because of QLineEdit::paintEvent()'s implementation,
there is currently a mismatch between the cursor width as seen
by q*linecontrol and what is actually drawn, which causes
rendering artifacts if updateNeeded() sends the cursorRect().
Since QLineEdit and Q*LineControl aren't actively developed, it's
best to keep this fix minimal, although the performance cost of
updating the whole line edit when an input mask is set is
unfortunate.

Submenus are now positioned to the correct side of the parent menu
based on layout direction, if there is enough space on screen to fit
the menu. If there is insufficient space, then the menu is positioned
to the other side of the parent menu. In case that also causes submenu
to be partially ofscreen (very wide menu relative to the screen),
then the submenu will be aligned with the screen edge and will overlap
the parent menu. This seems like a lesser evil compared to having
submenu partially offscreen, which could obscure important details
such as checkmarks.

There were a number of places in QtGui where doubles were used in
expressions due to the use of floating point constants in the
code. Many of these constants are now constructed as qreal, removing
the use of double operations where unneeded.
These changes have been limited to constants that have exactly the same
value whether double or float, to ensure that precision errors are not
introduced.
This should not affect any of the desktop platforms where qreal is
double. On Symbian, where qreal is float, appropriate autotests have
been run.
